Business Development Manager (Commission-Based | Remote)

Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to support the expansion of our client portfolio across the GCC. This is a fully remote, commission-based role suited to a self-motivated professional with a strong network, refined client engagement skills, and a genuine interest in the HR and consulting space.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the GCC
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Position and promote Foreground’s core offerings, including HR advisory, learning & development, and recruitment solutions
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and pitching through to negotiation and closing
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
- Represent Foreground at relevant networking events, industry forums, and client meetings (virtual and in-person, where required)
- Stay informed on regional market trends, HR developments, and evolving client needs
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (experience within HR or recruitment is advantageous)
- Established network within the GCC business landscape is highly desirable
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
- Professional presence with confidence in client-facing environments
