We are seeking an energetic and engaging Trainer with a passion for teaching and helping others grow. You don't have to come from the real estate industry - what matters most is your experience in adult learning, your ability to communicate clearly, and your talent for inspiring people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person training sessions for both new and experienced real estate brokers
• Deliver courses based on existing training materials and adapt content to audience needs
• Develop and update training programs and materials when necessary
• Provide feedback and individual support to trainees
• Monitor performance and progress of students throughout the training period
• Collaborate with management and senior brokers to ensure training quality and relevance

• Proven experience in training, coaching, or adult education (any industry)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Ability to motivate and inspire learners
• Fluent English; knowledge of any additional language will be an advantage
• Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in helping others succeed
