Employment: Full Time
The Head Chef is responsible for leading the overall kitchen operations in the Private Palace, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to the preferences of the Royal Family and their guests. This role requires culinary excellence, leadership, discretion, and the ability to manage a diverse culinary team in a high-standard, fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, meal planning, and execution for the Royal Family, guests, and staff.
- Prepare a variety of cuisines including local, international, and dietary-specific meals as required.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing manner.
- Lead and manage the kitchen team including Sous Chefs, Cooks, Kitchen Assistants, and Stewards.
- Train and mentor culinary staff to maintain consistency and quality across all dishes.
- Coordinate closely with the F&B department and household staff for events, travel, or special occasions.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene standards as per UAE and Royal Family guidelines.
- Manage kitchen inventory, sourcing of premium ingredients, and liaise with vendors as required.
- Develop and implement SOPs for kitchen operations, food storage, and handling.
- Maintain daily kitchen cleanliness in compliance with HACCP and palace policies.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding the culinary preferences of the Royal Family.
