Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a Social Media Content Moderator. The Social Media Content Moderator will be responsible for monitoring and managing social media channels daily. Tasks include reviewing content, responding to comments and messages, ensuring community guidelines are followed, and escalating issues when necessary.The role also involves collaboration with the marketing team to support content strategy and provide feedback on community engagement trends.
Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills and Technical Support experience
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Experience in Training staff on social media tools and protocols
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and content moderation
- Familiarity with social media policies and guidelines
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Salary Range :- 3500 AED to 4000 AED
