FF & E Designer

Job Description

We're an Interior Company based in Dubai and were currently looking for an FF&E Interior Designer.

About the Role

Candidate must be having the below requirements.

• You should be able produce detailed mood boards and the management, selection & production of beautifully presented, full FF&E presentation boards and finishes for the client.
• Coordinate with Design Team and Senior/ Project Designer following initial client briefing to interpret Design Brief and establish Mood boards.
• Production of full FF&E presentation boards and finishes for client presentation.
• To maintain the Library of Suppliers/Vendors.
• To prepare Sample boards in conjunction with the design team.
• Working closely with the Project Designer in support of information required at Design Review meetings.
• Creating Material finishes schedules.
• Prepare and coordinate all FF&E documentation required for Tender and Construction issues.
• To assist the Commercial Department with the procurement process and be a link between design and procurement.
• Liaison with appointed sub-consultants such as lighting, graphics, landscaping to ensure the overall design deliveries are carried through.

• 5 Yrs Experience in design sector.

• Software Skills: Excel
• expert level, Power point
• expert level, Auto CAD
• a basic skills to be able get measurements from drawings, Photoshop
• a basic skills
• Utilize your interior design expertise as an Interior and FF&E designer.
• Extremely good technical knowledge of FF&E items and manufacturing.
• Detailed knowledge of suppliers, manufacturers and products available in the world marketplace.
• Strong involvement in overall design concept and successful in reading what design goals a client requires from initial briefing.
• Successful in delivering, managing FF&E selections and procurement on time and within budget.
