Senior Interior Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, exceptional creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating new outstanding design concepts.
• Lead design projects from initial concept through to completion
• Develop and present design concepts to clients
• Select and specify materials, furnishings, and finishes
• Preparation of mood board preparation and material finishes selection
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution
• Stay current with industry trends and innovations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on residential/commercial/hospitality projects
• Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and creativity
• Proficiency in design software such as 3DS Max, Sketch Up, Revit, Photoshop, AutoCAD with good computer skills.
• Very strong experience in 3D Max to be able to make 3D design visualizations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
