Senior Interior Designer

Our client, a leading international interior design studio, is seeking a highly creative and ambitious Senior Interior Designer to join their dynamic team in Dubai The ideal candidate will have a strong conceptual and creative background in 5-star hospitality projects with renowned hotel brands and F&B projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine interior design concepts for 5-star hotel projects, including guestrooms, suites, public areas, and F&B outlets.
- Conduct site visits and liaise with clients, architects, and contractors.
- Prepare and present design concepts and presentations to clients.
- Oversee the design development process, including space planning, material selection, and FF&E specifications.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall success of the studio.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality interior design, with a strong focus on 5-star hotels.
- Proven ability to develop strong design concepts and presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of design expertise.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 + years of experience at the Senior Interior Designer level within an international design studio.
- Prior experience working in the Middle East
- A solid work record with notable international studios.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong creative portfolio (less than 10MB) demonstrating presentation ability.
