Sales Coordinator - FMCG/Modern Trade

Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Conduct a detailed business analysis to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions for business with distributors in LG and the UAE.
• Improve the templates for daily sales reporting.
• Analyze and report on sell-out data from major retailers.
• Manage the promotional price dashboard, analyzing market competition pricing.
• Prepare various Ad-Hoc reports as required by management.
• Validate the sales team incentive files for distributors monthly.
• Consistently follow up with distributor Section Heads and Supervisors on listing updates and retailer data requirements.
• Coordinate the E-commerce business with all relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and facilitate the resolution of issues such as logistics, stock shortages, and permit problems.
• Collaborate with the Trade Marketing and Section Heads/Supervisors to implement marketing campaigns and analyze their return on investment.
• Work with the central IT team on projects like integrating sales reporting systems with distributors, updating channels, and segments.
• Provide training and support.
• Serve as a Sales Reliever when necessary.

What You Will Need:

• Experience in commercial finance, preferably within a consumer goods context.
• 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• A bachelor&aposs degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Proficiency with pricing software and data analysis tools.
• Experience in pricing analytics and revenue management.
• Familiarity with distributor pricing in a multi-tiered market structure.
• Understanding of E-commerce technologies.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
