Role Purpose:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to support the preparation of bids and proposals, manage project costing, and deliver accurate BOQs/quotes in line with client specifications. You will play a critical role in ensuring our pricing strategy is competitive, accurate, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pricing and coordination activities for bids and proposals.
• Review project documentation and client specifications.
• Develop accurate BOQs and pricing proposals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and internal costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams business development, project managers, and finance.
• Prepare proposal documents, risk assessments, and negotiate competitive rates.
• Research and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for best pricing.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Identify areas for pricing process improvement.
• Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Prior experience in pricing, preferably in manufacturing or hospitality.
• Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency in PDF editing tools.
• Knowledge of BOQs and Interior Design Specifications is essential.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
