We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer specialized in Fire Alarm andFire Fighting Systems to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have a proven track
record of managing fire protection system projects in the UAE, with strong technical knowledge and
understanding of local civil defense regulations and standards.
Plan, coordinate, and execute Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting projects from initiation to handover.Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and material submittals.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and civil defense authorities for project approvals andinspections.
Review and interpret project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover of fire protection systems.
Ensure compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety Codes, NFPA, and relevant civil defense regulations.
Prepare and maintain proper documentation, reports, and project records.
Manage project costs, timelines, and quality standards.
Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting projects.Strong knowledge of UAE Civil Defense regulations and approval procedures.
Proficiency in reviewing drawings, technical submittals, and project documentation.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.Immediate availability to join.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Fire Protection Engineering.UAE Driving License
