You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and manage construction projects from conception to completion
• Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
• Manage project teams and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Review and approve project drawings, plans, and specifications
• Monitor project costs and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
• Ensure project delivery meets quality standards and complies with all relevant codes and regulations
• Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation
• Identify and resolve any project-related problems or delays
• Mentor and train junior engineers and project team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering and project management
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
