NOW HIRING A CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Our client is a Fit-out Contractor based in Dubai working on large-scale projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the projects, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality, timeline, and budget.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead and manage construction activities for fit-out projects
• Act as a point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project safety and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Assist in project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and finish.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management within the interior fit-out sector, overseeing projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Relevant degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
