Associate Director -Operational Resilience (R&C Practice) - Financial Services

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will lead engagements, provide strategic direction to clients, and actively contribute to business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the delivery and oversight of Operational Resilience consulting projects, including designing, implementing, and reviewing resilience frameworks among others.
2. Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance related to operational resilience, aligning closely with central banks and regulators such as SAMA, CBUAE, QFCRA, and other relevant authorities.
3. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, resilience gap analyses, and stress-testing exercises, developing robust mitigation, contingency, and response plans.
4. Advise clients on best practices for embedding operational resilience, business resilience, and continuity into governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
5. Oversee third-party resilience assessments, evaluating vendor management processes and supply chain vulnerabilities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
6. Develop and deliver tailored training and awareness programs to enhance resilience culture within client organizations.
7. Actively participate in business development activities, preparing proposals, identifying opportunities, and growing the firm&aposs client base.
8. Manage and mentor teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, professional growth, and fostering a collaborative working environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related fields.
2. Minimum 1015 years of relevant experience in Operational Resilience, Risk Management, and/or Compliance, particularly in financial services.
3. Proven expertise in operational resilience frameworks, third-party risk management, and regulatory compliance.
4. Demonstrated experience interacting with senior stakeholders and regulators.
5. Professional certifications or equivalent resilience-related credentials.
