Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Indian Chinese Cook role located in Abu Dhabi. The Cook will be responsible for preparing Indian and Chinese cuisine dishes, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and collaborating with the culinary team to create new recipes.

• Experience in preparing Indian and Chinese cuisine dishes
• Knowledge of Indian and Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Team player with excellent communication
• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian-Chinese dishes such as Fried Rice, Noodles, Manchurian, Chilli Chicken, etc.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking area.
• Handle food preparation tasks and manage ingredients inventory efficiently.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols strictly.
• Work closely with kitchen staff and manage kitchen operations during peak hours.
• Suggest new fusion dishes to refresh the menu periodically.
