Food & Beverage Supervisor

You will be a key player in shaping the guest experience and ensuring our F&B operations run smoothly.

What you will be doing:

• Team leadership: Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the Food & Beverage team to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
• Supervision & delegation: Supervise daily operations, ensuring tasks are delegated efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Quality control: Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure the highest quality of food and visual appeal in every dish served.
• Customer experience: Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
• Operational excellence: Assist in maintaining stock levels, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
• Compliance & safety: Ensure all safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role in food and beverage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
