We are a Value-Added Distributor of IT Hardware and Wi-Fi Networking Technology established in 1997. As we continue to grow our team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is passionate about finding and hiring top talent.
Role Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization. This includes sourcing candidates, managing job postings, driving employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UAE labor practices, recruitment metrics, and inclusive hiring strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment & Sourcing
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
Write effective job descriptions and post on job boards, social media, and internal channels
Source candidates using various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Candidate Engagement & CRM
Maintain candidate relationships and deliver an excellent candidate experience
Drive employer branding through outreach, campaigns, and consistent messaging
Utilize ATS systems to manage applications and update candidate records
Offer Management & Onboarding
Handle salary discussions, offer letter preparation, and compensation alignment
Collaborate with PRO and internal teams to manage visa processing and onboarding documentation
Coordinate orientation programs and ensure seamless new hire integration
Diversity, Analytics & Market Insights
Implement inclusive hiring practices to attract a diverse candidate pool
Track and report key recruitment metrics time-to-hire, source effectiveness, conversion rates
Research market compensation trends and hiring activity in the UAE for competitive benchmarking
KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
35 years recruitment experience within the UAE
Strong understanding of local labor laws, visa processes, and onboarding practices
Proven experience using ATS and CRM platforms
Excellent sourcing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Solid grip on recruitment KPIs and data-driven decision making
Passionate about diversity, employer branding, and creating great candidate experiences
Highly organized, self-motivated, and confident working independently in a fast-paced environment
