About the Role
We're looking for an Odoo ERP / Business Process Coordinator to lead our upgrade efforts, own day-to-day system stewardship, close gaps between users and implementation partners/Odoo themselves, and turn raw data into efficient processes and regularly audit the system, taking responsibility for its upkeep.You will report directly to the Executive Director and as the sole contact point between us and external parties for all things ERP related, ensuring the platform delivers clean data, tight controls, and time-saving automations for every division.
What You'll Do- Gap Analysis & Road-mapping document current workflows, identify pain-points, and draft a rolling Odoo enhancement roadmap.
- Spearheading the Upgrade Implementation - coordinating with our implementation partners/Odoo themselves on upgrading to the latest version
- Implementation Liaison translate business requirements into functional tickets, test new modules, and sign-off UAT with users and external partners.
- Process Optimisation conduct a process mapping exercise, look for opportunities to improve and streamline and mirror processes from one division to another.
- Data Integrity & Reporting own master-data hygiene, schedule automated exports and flag reconciliation breaks before month-end.
- Training & Change Management create quick-reference guides, run refresher workshops, and users.
- Compliance Support work with Finance to keep audit trails, GRNI clean-ups, and VAT mappings correct; publish weekly KPI scorecards to management.
- Post-Upgrade: After the upgrade is over, your role pivots to ensuring we are getting the most out of our implementation. It's an on-going process where constant training of the team and problem-solving is required.
- 3 + years hands-on Odoo functional experience (v14 or higher) in an FMCG, distribution, or trading environment.
- Solid grasp of inventory flows, landed-cost, bank reconciliation, and multi-company accounting.
- Pro-level Excel
- Experience using LLMs with brainstorming prompts and automation.
- Proven record of writing SOPs and driving user adoption, not just ticket logging.
- Strong communicator who can translate tech jargon into clear instructions; fluent English required.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable working on-site in DIP-2 (MonSat).
- Bonus points for VAT knowledge
