Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description

We're partnered with a fast-growing fragrance manufacturer based in Ajman, on the lookout for a hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead people operations across factory, office, and retail functions.

You will be:

• Building and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks from scratch across multiple business units
• Leading full-cycle recruitment and onboarding to support rapid scale-up across factory, office, and retail
• Managing HRMS systems (e.g., Odoo/SAP), payroll, leave, and attendance, with a strong grip on compliance
• Ensuring full compliance with Ajman labor laws and handling employee relations with professionalism and tact
• Driving performance management, KPI alignment, and appraisal cycles in collaboration with department heads
• Supporting employee engagement, culture-building, and training & development initiatives
• Preparing HR reports and insights dashboards for strategic decision-making

You will need:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of operational HR challenges
• In-depth knowledge of Ajman and UAE labor laws and compliance protocols
• Track record of setting up HR functions, systems, and processes from the ground up
• Strong communication and leadership skills with experience managing a small HR team
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to balance people and business priorities
• Comfort with HR technology and digital HR systems (HRMS experience a plus)
