Job Overview:
Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Manager - HR Business Partner at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address talent gaps, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
- Drive organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Develop and implement programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance the overall employee experience and engagement.
- Conduct employee surveys and use feedback to drive improvements in workplace culture and practices.
- Develop programs that support employee well-being and work-life balance.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and providing resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, mitigating risk to the organization.
- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and HRIS management.
- Ensure the consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
About you:
The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3- 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders and employees at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
