Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Visibility & Merchandising
Secure optimal shelf placement and products visibility
Ensure adherence with agreed visibility standards- Pharmacists engagement
Conduct regular pharmacists educational meetings
Ensure pharmacists recommendation for Cooper portfolio over competitors- Promotion & Campaign execution
Ensure execution of agreed promotional campaigns
Monitor effectiveness of marketing activities- Products availability
Monitor stocks levels & competitors availability/ consumption.
Ensure availability and prevent out of stock situations.- Pharmacy account management
Build strong relation with key customers.
Ensure implementation of commercial agreements and monitor monthly FCST.
Provide regular feedback on market dynamics.- New product launches
Support proper seeding of new added items
Ensure rapid products listing and availability in groups / scattered pharmacies.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in any healthcare related subject
- 2-3 years of experience in similar position
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Interpersonal Skills
- Communication Skills
- UAE market knowledge
- Product knowledge
- Physically fit
