PRA Consultancy is a Middle East Healthcare regulatory affairs Consultancy firm, based in Dubai, UAE. that specializes in assisting companies with the registration of healthcare products with authorities in the GCC region, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, and more.

We are currently seeking aBusiness Development Executive. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and skilled in building client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Agreement Creation & Negotiation: Develop and finalize agreements with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client needs.
• Developing and presenting proposals customized for each clients specific business needs
• Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
• Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
• Maintaining client activities in CRM
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Client Communication: Maintain and build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and potential threats.

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Fluent in English & Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience: Proven track record in sales or business development roles, with a focus on lead generation and target achievement.
• Bachelor&aposs degree.
• Experience in full sales cycle, including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• CRM experience is preferred
