About Us:
As part of the Distinguished Real Estate Group of Companies, we are hiring for a fast-growing holiday homes business in Dubai offering high-quality, short-term rental experiences across prime locations. With a strong focus on customer service, operational excellence, and property acquisition, the company is now looking for a driven Associate Manager to support its continued growth.
Job Summary:
The Associate Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee day to day operations and play a key role in business development. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results driven, and skilled in client relations, with a focus on onboarding new properties and securing partnerships with landlords.
Key Responsibilities
New Property Acquisition
Proactively identify and engage potential property owners through direct outreach, strategic networking, and comprehensive market analysis to expand the property portfolio.
Relationship Management
Foster and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with property owners, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and long-term satisfaction.
Contract Negotiation & Onboarding
Lead the negotiation and closure of property agreements, support licensing processes, and collaborate with operations to guarantee seamless property setup and accurate listings.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Design and implement business development initiatives aimed at optimizing occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and overall rental yield.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Coordinate closely with marketing, operations, finance, and guest services teams to ensure a cohesive approach from property acquisition through full operational integration.
Performance Reviews with Property Owners
Conduct regular performance assessments with homeowners, offering strategic recommendations on property enhancements to improve returns and asset value.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in Holiday-Homes.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self motivated and able to work independently
Ability to build rapport with landlords and property owners
Knowledge of the holiday homes market and DTCM regulations is a plus
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
