Engineering Manager

Job Description

Euro Mechanical is looking for an Engineering Manager with 15+ years of hands-on experience in brownfield and greenfield Oil & Gas projects with EPC contractors.

This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the full engineering lifecyclefrom FEED to executionensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description:

• Lead and coordinate all engineering disciplines across project phases, ensuring design compliance with ADNOC and FEED standards.
• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and vendor documents; provide guidance on technical deviations and corrective actions.
• Oversee engineering deliverables, track milestones, and resolve cross-functional issues to maintain project schedule.
• Conduct design reviews, support Technical Bid Evaluations, and participate in HAZOP, SIL, and LOPA studies.
• Ensure early initiation of key deliverables using available FEED inputs and proactively manage risk and delay mitigation.
• Liaise closely with construction, QA/QC, and procurement teams to support smooth execution and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, process optimisation, and interface coordination across all disciplines.

Professional Experience:

Min. 15 years (EPC/O&G)

PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
