About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager, Engineering to lead our cutting-edge AI and Large Language Model (LLM) development teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and the latest advancements in AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled ML engineers and researchers
- Drive the development of next-generation AI and LLM technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products
- Define and implement best practices for AI model development and deployment
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
- Stay abreast of the latest AI research and industry trends
- Contribute to the company's AI strategy and roadmap
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and ethical AI development
Requirements Qualification :
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects
- Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
- Hands-on experience with LLM architectures (e.g., Transformer-based models)
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing and ML infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of publications or patents in AI/ML is a plus
