HR Executive

The HR Executive is responsible for managing and executing core human resources functions across the employee lifecycle from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations. With a minimum of 4 years of hands-on HR experience, this role requires a proactive professional who can independently handle HR processes while supporting the organization's people strategy and business goals.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to enhance workplace culture.
Performance Management
  • Coordinate and administer the performance appraisal cycle — goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
  • Support managers in drafting performance improvement plans (PIPs) and development goals.
HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems.
  • Process attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs in coordination with the finance team.
  • Draft HR letters including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates.
  • Ensure timely renewal of contracts and tracking of probationary periods.
