The Role: Account Manager (Concierge Department)
Holo is seeking an Account Manager with a strong business development focus to join our Concierge division, specifically supporting real estate agencies with our mortgage offerings and services. In this role, you will manage and grow key partnerships, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions into agency workflows while driving new business opportunities.You'll act as a strategic advisor to partners, providing tailored support and fostering long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate or financial services, a proven track record in account growth, and the ability to thrive in a client-focused, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Works with the Sales Director to contribute to the overall sales strategy
- Identify partnership opportunities and onboard Real Estate Agencies and developers to provide Real estate solutions by Holo.
- Identifies channels and initiatives in which Holo can partner/sponsor/tie-up to generate business, brand awareness and revenue.
- maintain the relationship for future opportunities
- Provide weekly data and figures to present in weekly meetings demonstrating wins
- Promote our products and services
- Provide detailed records on businesses with up-to-date information
- Contributes relevant information for the monthly b2b newsletter
- Provides detailed and comprehensive data
- Previous experience as an Account Manager or BD Manager
- Role is measured based on achieving targets
- Fintech, Mortgage or Real Estate experience is a must
