About the Role

SOL Properties is seeking an experienced and polished Property Sales Manager to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in introducing high-value clients to our premium residential offerings in Dubai. From the first conversation to closing the deal, your focus will be on understanding clients needs, building trust, and delivering a seamless property buying experience.

• Identify and engage new clients through referrals, digital platforms, and networking
• Present our properties with confidence, highlighting lifestyle, investment value, and design features
• Guide clients through every step of the sales process
• Maintain strong knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and upcoming launches
• Prepare offers, contracts, and coordinate with internal teams on documentation and payment plans
• Ensure all transactions meet internal policies and legal requirements
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Represent SOL at roadshows, exhibitions, and private tours
• Support clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term trust

• 4–6+ years of experience in residential real estate sales
• Strong track record in high-ticket property transactions
• Familiarity with the UAE/GCC market; international exposure is a plus
• Ability to work with a diverse, high-net-worth clientele
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, premium sales environment

• Fluent, polished English communication (spoken and written)
• Excellent presentation and client-handling skills
• Confident negotiator with a consultative approach
• Well-organized and proficient with CRM and digital tools
• Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Additional languages are a plus
