Sales Manager - Faith Based Charity

About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Manager for a fast-growing B2C E-commerce platform in Dubai, supporting an international faith-based charity initiative. This is a fully on-site role for a motivated and experienced sales leader who can manage call center sales operations, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in call center management, B2C e-commerce sales, and customer acquisition, with the ability to work in a structured environment aligned with the mission and values of an international charitable organization.

• Lead and manage the daily operations of a call center-based B2C sales team
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the e-commerce platform across Dubai and the UAE
• Drive performance through KPI monitoring such as conversion rate, call quality, revenue targets, and team productivity
• Train, coach, and support sales agents to maintain strong performance and customer experience standards
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and customer onboarding
• Ensure professional communication and high-quality service delivery
• Represent the organization’s mission and contribute to the success of an international faith-based charity project
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to improve campaign results and customer journey
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the UAE e-commerce sector
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline, performance, and revenue growth

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a call center environment
• Strong background in B2C e-commerce sales, online platforms, or direct-to-consumer industries
• Ability to lead teams, improve sales performance, and achieve monthly targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting dashboards
• Knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market is an advantage
• Candidate must be comfortable working in an environment supporting an international faith-based charity initiative
• Fluency in English is required
