Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Maternal & Child Product Category Manager / Nursery Brand Director to lead category strategy, product development, and brand growth across the maternal and child market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute maternal & child product and category strategies.
- Manage product portfolios, pricing, positioning, and lifecycle.
- Lead brand development, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
- Manage suppliers, distributors, and strategic business partners.
- Monitor sales, margins, inventory, and category performance.
- Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in category management, brand management, or FMCG/retail.
- Experience in maternal & child, baby products, nursery, FMCG, or consumer goods is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of product strategy, branding, and market development.
- Excellent commercial, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
