We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions, resolve queries and complaints, and support a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Build positive customer relationships and support retention.
• Identify at-risk customers and escalate concerns where required.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams.
• Recommend service and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Track service KPIs such as CSAT, response time, and resolution time.

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Contact Centre, Customer Support, or Customer Experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good complaint-handling and problem-solving ability.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
