Job Description
Our growing group of Dubai-based companiesspanning a real estate brokerage and a holiday homes businessis looking for a proactive and detail-orientedAdministrator with accounting experienceto join our team.
What You'll Do:
- Handle daily administrative and accounting tasks
- Support operations across real estate and holiday homes divisions
- Independently resolve tasks and seek information from relevant authorities when needed
- Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate and holiday homes regulations
- Maintain accurate records, track expenses, and assist with reporting
What We're Looking For:
- Proven admin and accounting experience (real estate or hospitality sector preferred)
- Familiarity with Dubai real estate laws and holiday home regulations
- Strong problem-solving mindset and initiative
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence with numbers
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Requirements:
- Based in Dubai
- Fluent English
- Bachelor's diploma
- Driving license is a plus
Working Hours:
10:00 AM 7:00 PM (with lunch break)
6 days per week
