Job Title: Administrator Client Coordination, Business Setup and Compliance

Job Summary:

KLOUDAC is seeking a dynamic and organized Administrator to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting clients in business setup processes, handling documentation, coordinating with government authorities, and ensuring smooth workflow between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle business setup processes in various jurisdictions (mainland, free zones, offshore)
  • Coordinate with clients for document collection, approvals, and application submissions
  • Assist with registrations (DED, FTA, MOHRE, Immigration, etc.)
  • Maintain and update records in line with compliance and internal standards
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and status updates
  • Liaise with PROs, legal advisors, and external government agencies
  • Support the onboarding of new clients by managing initial formalities and tracking progress
  • Assist in preparing proposals, service agreements, and reports
  • Ensure timelines and deliverables are met efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration or business setup support in the UAE (13 years preferred)
  • Good understanding of UAE government portals and business setup procedures
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
