Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Corporate Administrator located in Dubai. The Corporate Administrator will be responsible for overseeing company formation, amendments, secretarial services, and private client services. In addition, the Corporate Administrator will handle UAE residence visa applications, notarization, attestation, and translations.
In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following day-to-day tasks:
- Incorporating companies in Mainland, Free Zones, and RAKICC.
- Applying for UAE residence visas, including Investor, Employment, Dependent, and Golden Visas.
- Liaising with authorities to follow up on service requests and ensure the timely processing of applications.
- Coordinating with third-party service providers such as attestation and translation companies, typing centers, and external Public Relations Officers (PROs).
- Managing petty cash and processing various payments to authorities.
- Communicating with clients to collect necessary documents and address their inquiries.
This position requires proficiency in the English language, the ability to think creatively and solve problems, and the capacity to work effectively under time constraints. Strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role
Qualifications
Secretarial services
Knowledge of company formations and amendments in the UAE
Proficiency in UAE residence visa applications and document notarization
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to work effectively in a team, but also independently
Very good knowledge of the English language and good communication skills
Previous experience in the corporate services industry in the UAE is required (at least 2 years)
Academic degree such as a bachelor's in business administration is a plus
