Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and update BIM models for large-scale architectural projects in compliance with project requirements.
• Produce detailed drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents from BIM models.
• Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure design integration and clash-free outputs.
• Implement and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows as per project/company guidelines.
• Support project teams in design development, detailing, and documentation.
• Conduct clash detection, model validation, and quality checks.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve design and technical issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs in line with project schedules.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 10+ years of BIM modeling experience in architectural works.
• Strong contracting company background with proven delivery on construction projects.
• Experience working on large-scale UAE/GCC projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software.
• Knowledge of BIM execution plans, LOD standards, and coordination workflows.
• Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
