Job Description
Road Safety Coordinator
IVMS Operations:
Monitor and manage In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) data.
Track vehicle performance and driver behavior.
Generate reports for safety audits and management.
Ensure all vehicles are equipped with functioning IVMS.
Vehicle Inspections:
Conduct routine and ad-hoc vehicle inspections.
Ensure vehicles meet safety and mechanical standards before dispatch.
Maintain inspection records and follow up on corrective actions.
Implementation of ADNOC Standard ST 25:
Ensure compliance with ADNOC Standard ST 25 for vehicle and driver safety.
Provide training on ADNOC safety protocols.
Conduct audits and report safety compliance.
Route Mapping & Safety Planning:
Develop and maintain route maps.
Assess routes for safety risks and adjust as needed.
Collaborate with teams for emergency or alternative route planning.
Additional Responsibilities:
Lead safety awareness programs and training.
Investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure vehicles comply with local and international safety laws.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years experience in road safety or fleet management.
Proficient with IVMS and route planning.
Knowledge of ADNOC Standard ST 25 and safety regulations.
Strong communication and attention to detail.
