Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist with experience in construction and architecture to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic support to the General Manager, ensuring seamless business operations.
• Drive business development by proactively identifying new opportunities in outdoor environments such as construction sites, architectural events, trade shows, and community gatherings. Engage with key decision-makers to introduce the company's offerings and foster strong relationships.
• Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly business plans in collaboration with management to achieve strategic objectives.
• Organize networking activities, industry events, and introductory meetings to cultivate new business partnerships.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and potential client opportunities within interior design and contracting. Use data-driven analysis to inform strategic business growth initiatives.
• Establish and nurture key relationships with industry stakeholders, including architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
• Utilize multiple lead generation channelsincluding networking events, trade shows, cold calling, and digital marketingto expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs, project requirements, and preferences to deliver customized solutions. Serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries and concerns.
• Provide market research insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with the legal team to finalize contracts and agreements with new and existing partners.
• Represent our client at industry conferences, networking events, and strategic engagements, strengthening brand visibility and partnerships.
• Undertake additional relevant tasks as required to support business operations.
