About the Role
This isnt a typical PA job. This is for someone who wants to grow alongside a visionary entrepreneur building a global brand. You will be the founders right hand managing tasks, organizing chaos, protecting time, and handling things before she even says a word.If you&aposre sharp, loyal, emotionally intelligent, and a doer keep reading.
What Youll Be Doing- Organize and manage daily schedules, appointments & meetings.
- Attend business meetings (physical or zoom) and take notes/action points.
- Filter and respond to emails, messages, and calls professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and partners on behalf of the founder.
- Follow up on pending tasks and make sure things move forward.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal matters.
- Create promotional videos for company Instagram, stories, or client awareness you should be confident and well-spoken on camera.
- Assist with social media ideas, content planning, or personal errands when needed.
- Create presentations, reports, or documents when required.
- Remind the founder of important family dates, team birthdays, or brand rituals.
- Minimum 23 years&apos experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Admin Coordinator.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (written + spoken).
- Emotionally intelligent, good with people, loyal and calm under pressure.
- Must be organized, proactive, and solution-oriented no handholding.
- Tech-savvy knows how to use Google Docs, WhatsApp Web, Zoom, Canva, Gmail, etc.
- Presentable and well-spoken may represent the founder in some settings.
- Bonus: Has an eye for aesthetics, branding, or social media.
Salary & Perks
Salary: AED 2,500- AED 3,000/month
UAE Resident Visa provided
