Personal Assistant to the Chairman

Job Summary: The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence and performing various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, directing inquiries to appropriate parties and drafting responses as necessary.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Maintain office systems and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive, fostering positive relationships.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and expense tracking.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
