What you&aposll be doing:
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the internal communications strategy, developing internal content, and managing internal communication channels such as intranet, newsletters, and company-wide emails. The role involves organizing employee engagement activities and campaigns to foster a strong connection between employees and GMGs mission and vision.Additionally, the incumbent will track and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement. Collaboration with various departments to promote initiatives, events, and achievements will be a key responsibility.
The incumbent will also support crisis communications efforts and ensure timely and accurate information is shared with employees during significant company changes.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor&aposs degree in communications Certification in internal communications preferred Employee engagement certification advantageous Postgraduate in communications a plus Certification in digital media tools
Experience:
4+ years in internal communications Experience in managing engagement campaigns. Experience in corporate communication. Experience with internal communication platforms. Knowledge of employee engagement programs.
