KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sr. Marketing Communications Specialist - LANEIGE Brand for Middle East Region
Develop and implement a comprehensive regional communication strategy- Includes public relations, media relations, and digital marketing.
- Special focus on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to significantly enhance local brand visibility and awareness.
- Align with global brand strategy while adapting to local market dynamics.
- Manage agencies to execute high-impact marketing activities.
- Ensure brand consistency and optimal visibility across all initiatives.
- Organize brand activations, media partnerships, and regional launches.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution, from ideation to performance analysis.
- Collaborate with Sephora marketing teams to amplify digital reach.
- Adapt and develop content tailored for local audiences on key platforms.
- Create locally relevant and engaging content.
- Ensure alignment with both local preferences and global brand tone.
- Oversee daily publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Innovate with creative campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
- Work closely with Global (Seoul) and Regional (Paris) headquarters and local team member and retail partner (Dubai):
- Liaise with local Trade & Retail Manager to ensure strategic alignment.
PROFILE
Experiences:
- Minimum 5 years in marketing communications within the GCC
- Demonstrated experience in working with transversal teams and managing regional brand presence.
Market Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the local media landscape.
- Insight into consumer behavior and preferences in the Middle East.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Language:
- Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Fluent in English.
