Executive Business Administrator
Salary: AED 14000/-
Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Business Administrator with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in supporting senior leadership (GM and CXO level). The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills while thriving in a fast-paced corporate environment.This role demands the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Provide administrative support to GM and CXO-level executives.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Confidentiality & Professional Discretion:
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal situations.
- Corporate Environment Expertise:
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Problem Solving & Creativity:
- Exhibit a creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and address challenges with a solution-focused mindset.
- Time Management & Organizational Skills:
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Implement effective organizational systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Compliance Adherence:
- Understand and adhere to corporate compliance policies and processes.
- Take immediate corrective actions to ensure full compliance and mitigate risks.
- Cross-Group Collaboration:
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across teams and departments.
- Facilitate seamless coordination with internal and external contacts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in executive administrative roles, supporting GM or CXO-level leadership.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).
- Familiarity with internal Microsoft tools like MSS, iCIMS, HeadTrax, MS Space, MS Travel, Visio, and Forms (or willingness to attain proficiency).
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to foster collaboration across all organizational levels.
- Problem-Solving: Creative thinker with a customer-focused and can-do attitude.
- Organizational Skills: Outstanding time management and attention to detail.
