Employment: Full Time

HLOG Logistics is seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist & Admin Assistant to manage front-desk operations and provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English and has prior experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory

Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

Maintain office filing systems and administrative records

Support HR and operations with clerical tasks (e.g., scanning documents, data entry, tracking shipments)

Assist in the preparation of reports, letters, and logistics documentation

Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and cleanliness

Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role within the logistics industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional appearance and positive attitude
