Contracts Manager - Energy/Power/EPC

Job Description

You will work closely with legal, finance, and other stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of contract lifecycle from inception to closure.
• Prepare, review, and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.
• Coordinate with end-users, legal, and finance teams to handle claims, variations, and terminations.
• Monitor contract performance, manage renewals or terminations, and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Identify risks in contract terms and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all contracts.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of contract management professionals.
• Drive process improvement initiatives within the contract management function.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications like CPSM/CIPS preferred).
• Experience: 8-12 years of experience in contract management, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with at least 4-6 years in a leadership role.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and financial acumen.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge: Proficiency in supply chain management tools and software.

Working Conditions:

• Schedule: Full-time, onsite
