Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactiveRetention Managerto engage inactive clients, motivate them to trade, and provide expert guidance. Your role will be crucial in reactivating dormant accounts, offering market insights, and assisting clients with trading strategies to maximize their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reactivate inactive trading accounts through targeted engagement.
• Train, motivate, and guide clients to enhance their trading activity.
• Provide personalized support on account management, trades, and investments.
• Share market insights and inform clients about potential market movements.
• Offer strategic trading advice to improve client performance.
• Build strong relationships to foster long-term client loyalty.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in client retention, sales, or account management (Forex/CFDs preferred).
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading strategies.
• Well-versed with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform.
• Good knowledge of trading multiple assets (Forex, Commodities, Indices, Cryptocurrencies).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and guide clients effectively.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
