We're on a mission to find the best talent and are looking to add an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to the WinProFX team.

Your Role at WinProFX:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create, manage, and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives, campaigns, and market trends.
• Write engaging social media captions, ad copy, educational content, email campaigns, and promotional messaging.
• Create content related to Forex, CFDs, financial markets, trading education, company updates, and product features.
• Plan, schedule, and publish social media posts, reels, stories, carousels, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to improve performance and engagement.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Analyze social media insights and campaign performance, providing recommendations to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Support paid advertising campaigns through compelling copywriting and creative concepts.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Ensure all content follows the Company's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and compliance requirements.
• Utilize AI tools and modern marketing technologies for content ideation, planning, and optimization.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
• The Employee shall at all times perform his/her duties with due skill, professional care, and diligence.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content writing, or a similar role.
• Previous experience within the Forex, CFD, Fintech, Financial Services, or Trading industry is highly preferred.
• Strong content writing, copywriting, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of content planning, campaign management, and social media analytics.
• Basic understanding of paid advertising and performance marketing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, ChatGPT, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to transform complex financial concepts into engaging content.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
