Role Description

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing office administration, workplace operations, and business support activities to ensure smooth daily operations and organizational efficiency. This role focuses on administrative coordination, facilities management, vendor communication, office resource planning, and employee support while maintaining a productive and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily office operations, administrative workflows, and workplace coordination activities
  • Overseeing office supplies, facility maintenance, procurement support, and vendor management functions
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communication activities
  • Maintaining office records, documentation systems, operational databases, and filing processes
  • Monitoring administrative KPIs, office budgets, operational expenses, and service delivery performance indicators
  • Collaborating with HR, finance, operations, and executive teams on office and business support requirements
  • Supporting onboarding coordination, workplace engagement, and employee support initiatives
  • Handling correspondence, report preparation, document management, and office communication tasks
  • Managing service providers, facility issues, and operational problem-resolution activities
  • Driving process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives within office administration
  • Ensuring compliance with workplace policies, operational procedures, and organizational governance standards
  • Supporting company events, business meetings, and executive coordination activities where applicable
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or related field
  • 3–8 years of experience in office management, administrative operations, executive support, or workplace coordination roles
  • Strong understanding of office administration, facilities coordination, and organizational operations practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, and office management platforms
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities and administrative tasks effectively
  • Strong professionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience managing vendors, facilities, procurement coordination, or executive support activities is advantageous
  • Experience in corporate offices, healthcare, logistics, finance, technology, retail, or multinational organizations is an advantage
