ZAS Constructions LLC is a G+1 contracting company based in Dubai, specializing in new construction, renovations, interior design and fit-out, swimming pool and landscape work, custom furniture, and maintenance works for Villas, Offices, Retail, Restaurants, Exhibition Stands, and other project types.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer at ZAS Constructions LLC in Dubai. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E in various project types.

They may work for a variety of clients, from homeowners to corporations, so their everyday duties vary depending on their current client. Their basic responsibilities primarily involve:

• Visiting job sites to analyze space availability, design needs and the purpose of the space
• Attending client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors
• Creating initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability
• Getting approval from the client before creating CAD designs and detailed briefs for workers and supervisors
• Overseeing the buying process of all raw materials and items required to complete the project
• Arranging client visits and keeping everyone involved in the project appraised of its progress
• Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline

• Space Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawings skills
• Interior Design and FF&E skills
• Experience in creating comprehensive design plans
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in 3DsMax, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
