About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Admin/ Interior Designer for a luxury furniture, high-end interior design projects across residential, commercial, and retail sectors. The ideal candidate brings at least 5+ years of experience, exceptional client management skills, and strong technical capabilities across design development, material selection, FF&E coordination, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple design schedules and contribute to the training of junior designers.
• Liaise with sales, logistics, quotations and procurement departments to support project needs.
• Ensure showroom displays are kept up-to-date and reflect current design trends.

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, including mood boards, space planning, FF&E, and design presentations.
• Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, style preferences, timelines, and budgets.
• Translate client vision into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

• Prepare and review detailed architectural and interior drawings: floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and electrical layouts.
• Ensure accuracy of BOQs, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop to develop design visuals and layouts.

• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
• Maintain project trackers and oversee timely handovers.

• Select and specify furniture, lighting, fabric, finishes, and accessories in alignment with the project concept and budget.
• Ensure material and product compliance with design and functional requirements.

Required Experience & Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Experienced in administrative management, handling back-office tasks, preparing quotations, and supporting day-to-day operations.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on luxury projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, and SAP.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present and negotiate with clients.
• Knowledge of local regulations, material availability, and design standards in the UAE.
• UAE driving license preferred.
