Job description

We are seeking a skilled and creative pastry chef to lead the pastry section with passion and precision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality desserts, developing new recipes, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and present a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
• Develop new dessert recipes aligned with seasonal trends and guest preferences
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are strictly followed
• Collaborate with the culinary team for smooth kitchen operations
• Monitor inventory and ensure the freshness of all pastry ingredients
• Train and supervise junior pastry team members when required

• Proven experience as a pastry chef or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparation
• Creativity and attention to detail in presentation
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to lead and train junior staff
• Flexibility at work
