Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for complex projects.
• Use your technical background to assist in the analysis and design of enterprise-level solutions.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
• Help identify and implement process improvements, using creative and unconventional thinking to solve problems.
• Manage user stories and project tasks in JIRA, ensuring all requirements are clearly defined and tracked.
• Contribute to the creation of detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technical best practices to provide valuable insights to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Priortechnical or IT experienceis a must.
• A proven track record of handling and contributing to complex projects or enterprise solutions.
• A collaborative mindset with a strong ability tothink creatively and solve problems.
• Solid analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with JIRA for managing user stories and project artifacts.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
